Rules and Regulations

1. The organizer for the Photography Competition is Shutterbug 2010, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).

2. The competition is open to all students of higher institutions in Malaysia.

3. Participants who are interested to join this competition can fill the registration form or download the form from shutterbug2010.blogspot.com.

4. Each registration form is entitled only for one entry . For each entry, it is compulsory to submit three artwork, and you are encourage to submit all three artwork which are all of the same theme.However, photograph in any combination of different theme in also can be accepted.

5. All artworks must not contain any element of sensitive issue, pornography, politics, racism, discrimination, provocation or equivalent.

6. All artworks must be in JPEG format and should signify on the themes given for each category. Each artwork must not exceed the limit of 3 MB and artwork which does not comply with the theme will be disqualified.

7. No digital super imposition or photo manipulation is allowed.

8. Minor image touch-up is allowed and these include adjustment of brightness of color and softening or sharpening of the image.
