Assessment

1. All artworks must be original and shall not infringe any copyrights from any parties.

2. The judging of this competition will be based on content, composition, quality, technique and creativity in the photography in relation to the theme.

3. The organizer of the Photography Competition reserves the right to publish any information related to participants and their materials without prior notice or consent.

4. Decision made by judges is final and no appeal or objection from contestants will be entertained.

5. All photos for the competition shall remain as property of Shutterbug. Shutterbug
is allowed to keep, exhibit and make copies of photos without prior consent or payment to the participants.

6. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will result in artwork dismissal. Fee paid is not refundable.

7. All artworks can be submitted before or by 20th March 2010 to the respective person-in charge. Late submissions will not be accepted.
